All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note, processing times are separate from shipping.

Processing days do not include weekends or holidays. In the event we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments can possibly be delayed by a few days. 

Once processing times are complete, you can expect your order to arrive to your home within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping email with your tracking information attached upon shipment.

Due to sanitation purposes, we do not provide refunds. All sales are final.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion only if a mistake has been made on our behalf. In the event a refund is processed, please note this will not include the shipping fee.
